The deposit is refunded after the vehicle inspection, provided there are no pending toll charges, traffic fines, damages, excessive cleaning charges, or policy violations. Refunds are generally processed within the specified timeline after trip completion.

4. Late Return Charges

Customers must return the vehicle on or before the scheduled return time. Late returns may attract additional hourly or daily rental charges based on the applicable pricing. If you need more time, please request a rental extension before your booking expires to avoid penalty charges.
