3. Is a security deposit required?

A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is generally required before vehicle pickup. After the vehicle is returned, applicable deductions may be made for pending FASTag charges, traffic fines, damage, fuel shortage, excessive cleaning or other dues.

4. Late Return Charges

Customers must return the vehicle on or before the scheduled return time. Late returns may attract additional hourly or daily rental charges based on the applicable pricing. If you need more time, please request a rental extension before your booking expires to avoid penalty charges.

5. Cleaning Charges

Vehicles should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, mud, stains, food waste, spills, sand, or strong odors requiring professional cleaning may result in additional cleaning charges. Normal dust from regular driving is generally not chargeable.
